okay some boring stories coming up and then it’ll get to the skraight goods, nah’mean? So today I decided that I wanted to make a style similar to that of Jes from Rock of Love (that show has quickly become mine and Rubi’s favorite show so if we’re nowhere to be found on wednesday evenings, you know where we’re at, LOL). One of my biggest issues with making hair in SL is retexturing :/ I’m too poor to afford the Toast scripts made by Sol Columbia so when I asked in DiS this morning if anyone had an alternative Gwendolyn Cassini jumped at the chance to promote a script that she offers in her store which is made by her hubby Gwen, her husband and the script effing rock Not only did Gwen take the time to show me the script in the store, she totally helped me out when i broke the scripts a few minutes later then tp’d to my skybox to check out what I was doing wrong, lol. The retexturer itself is feature packed: menu driven, works via notecard config using UUIDS and texture replace, and it even comes with a script to inject the retexture script into your existing styles. I definitely love this gadget, again….it effing rocks.

And to the skraight gewds. I made a new style called Jes and I sent it out to the Free*style group in the notices to show my appreciation for all of Creamy’s hard work and for the group generally being awesome all around Blogs and groups like this certainly help my frugal newbie ass when i was starting out with little to no funds and continues to help my frugal ass since losing my noob status.

Kitsune Tails…

hai again here’s some pics of the kitsune tails that I made. Like i said before they are made to match my .:JADA|Style:. hair and also accessories or etc that you might find in my store(s), like the Siobhan hairstyle for example now has a matching tail. Neko tails and ears coming soon hopefully.

Tails are $150L ea ($135L for metacard purchases) with scripted movement, and resizing. Copy Only / No Modify / No Transfer, available in Black/Dark Brown, Auburn/Red, Blonde, and Brunette.

o.O I been gone for a while but i have some updates My store in Kaseyo is no longer but i have a new store up in the Wastelands, Fort Stygian which I’m totally stoked about. It isn’t a massive build, but it’s got double prims so I’m thanking the heavens because I’m a whorish kitty when it comes to the prims…like very, the build is a post apoc underground subway/train station with a pile of rubble at ground level. .:JADA|Style:. The SLURL will take you to the telehub which is in the centre of the sim, I’m located in the most north east corner. and some shots of the inside, all of the stuff from my kaseyo store is here, including some new kitsune tails that I made, hoping to add some neko stuff soon, the textures on the tails are essentially hair textures and I made them that way so that they match my hair I had alot of fun with this build, for some reason i just like grungy, rusty, musty, norsty (I jacked that from Creamy of SL Free*style ), gross things, lol.

The Catherine release was so well received i figured i’d try my hand at another flexi style. This one was a total labour of love, lol, been trying to get this style right for about 2 days, lots of objects in my trash thanx to this one. In RL i’m the proud owner of “japjewnese” fro (so affectionately named by my kin, ROFL) and i really do like these flexi curly/frizzy styles but with the alpha flicker and what have you I almost gave up on this one. I had some customers ask why I strayed from my usual 4 colour options with the Catherine Style, so this is a curly/wavy, midlength style with just a little bit of frizz and flexi available in Black/Dark Brown, Blonde, Auburn, and Brunette. Don’t i totally look like Julia Roberts in the Auburn shot? weee!

Woot new hair. I tried my hand at the flexi curly hair thing just because i think it’s cute THis is a shoulderlength curly hair style with a little bit of frizz and a little bit of flexi comes in black only.

this post aka “Jada tries to make clothes instead of making some rusty scrap metal get up” . All week it seems like everyone that tp’d into the store was asking where my clothes were, lol, not that i was naked but they wanted to know where the clothes that make (obviously imaginary, LOL) were. So this morning i tried to make a bikini and swimming trunks….myself and the SL avatar templates are not on speaking terms as a result, never before have i been rendered so quickly into a state of psychosis over photoshop, ROFL. And then i ran out of credits on the beta grid, i was ready to take a bite out of my wacom, I will be crawlinginto bed and curling into the fetal position while rocking back and forth muttering obscenties about alpha layers, the crazy avatar mesh, and philip linden’s mother.

lol, this is what happens when you’ve had too much fanta and you’ve got The Knife – Silent Shout on repeat at ungodly hours of the morning. You start thinking up strange things like what if there was a monarchy in the wastelands and what kind of royal armour would they wear, LOL, anyway, here’s a scrap metal gown/armour it’s all prims, nice white coated rusty metal. Includes the skirt, bustier, two shoulder guards, and a prim collar. Flexi prim plates form the skirt and dangle from the shoulders, they swing when you walk, run, jump, or with AO movements.
